I:? (I might grumble to myself: a 5 kW system? Is it grid-tied, off-grid, or hybrid? How much electricity is used during the day? How much at night? But I can’t ask these questions directly—otherwise the customer might walk away
Usually I will provide a simple quotation:
- 550w solar panels:10pcs
- 5kw inverter:1 pcs
- 10kwh lithium battery:1 pcs
- solar brackets and accessories: 1 set
- Total China EXW price is about $2000.
It can support to many low loads house. But for 10kw, 20kw or 100kw, Maybe I can’t do that. WHY?

Inverter Selection Guidelines
1. Calculate Total Power:
Add up the rated power of all appliances that need to run simultaneously.
2. Consider Surge Power:
For inductive loads (air conditioners, refrigerators, pumps), the starting current is 2–6 times the rated power.
The inverter must be able to withstand this surge.
