The Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosed on June 24 that Growatt Technology Co., Ltd submitted a listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The joint sponsors are Credit Suisse and CICC.
According to people familiar with the matter, Growatt may raise $300 million to $500 million in the impact of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange IPO, which may be listed as early as this year.
